We are happy to cancel, exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in original condition and have not been used or altered in any way, this includes manufacturers packaging, within 7 days.Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded.
If we have made an error with your order or have sent you the wrong item by mistake,we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer.
